Wow, this summer is really flying by!

Now that we're finding our feet here in Portland we're finally rolling up our sleeves and getting back to our favorite thing, booking shows... I know we've been quiet, but that's because we've been hard at work planning out our calendar for the next few months. Not to mention learning the scene and introducing ourselves to all the Portland venues.

In fact we'll be playing our second ever Portland show THIS WEEKEND at The Waypost! This one came together really quickly, huge shoutout to withholden and Helen Joy for helping to make it happen!

First off, join us in welcoming @amanda.sloane to Orbit 17!

Amanda is a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, actor, and voice/piano teacher. She also makes cover song music videos on YouTube. Her former projects include Pareidolia and Sloane Bayley in Portland, and Datura Blues and the Glamour Pets in Seattle. She is psyched to be joining Orbit 17 as the bassist and backing vocalist. 🎶

In other news we've been booking shows again! We'll be kicking off our Oregon adventures with 4 shows around the Portland area, starting in Astoria!

We'll be opening for most of these, so be sure to show up early!
